60% Semillon / 40% Sauvignon Blanc – referred to as a Classic Dry White, and the perfect wine for Summer drinking.  Pale to medium straw colour, with floral and herb bouquet with hints of tropical fruit. Palate is medium bodied with mouth watering fruit that is long lasting and complimented with a crisp acid finish.  An unwooded style that compliments all styles of cuisine, particularly seafood and Asian.
