‘Kitty’ Sangiovese Rose

Twist the cap to unlock a myriad of fresh fruits. The delicious bright pink rose is a little peachy and has plenty of cherry, berry and plum action.  There’s just enough sweetness to this wine that comes right into balance when the wine is chilled and it is chock full of flavour and character.  There is an initial fruit sweetness with berry fruit flavours that follow through with good acid and soft fine tannins, all integrated to deliver a crisp dry finish with length and depth.  Sitting on skins for no more than an hour to obtain the required colour and flavour, the juice was then taken and cold fermented in stainless steel. After a temperature controlled ferment of twelve days, the wine was filtered and bottled.
