tart acidity pulling the ripe berries and dark orchard fruits into line. Complex and open knit’.

flavoured.

Cellaring: For up to 5 years

Winemaking Style: Fermented in open stainless steel 
fermenters, then pressed and matured in new and older French oak for two years.
