Fruit for this wine comes from a vineyard just east of Sevenhill in the Clare Valley. The Vigneron grows many alternative varieties and Eldredge was able to secure a small parcel of pristine Pinot Gris

No need to Cellar, this wine is best drunk now while young and fresh.
