Meticulously crafted from our oldest vine fruit, and as our flagship wine, Gilt Edge is only released in the finest of vintages.

A concentrated ruby red colour with crimson hues, this wine is rich, complex and enticing.

Aromas of chocolate and blackberry fruits tempt the tastebuds, and on the palate the fine tannins and subtle oak envelope you.’

The fruit for this wine is picked from the oldest vines on the Estate, handmade in our barrel shed, basket pressed, and matured in French oak for up to 48 months.

This wine is not bottled unless it reaches the high standard that Gilt Edge has become renowned for, and therefore it is not released every year.
