Grapes for the Mollie have been coming from the same two boutique vineyards since Leigh Eldredge first put together this blend in 1995. 

Only the free run juice is used to make the Mollie, with the juice going straight in a temperature controlled ferment in stainless steel tanks. 

Best enjoyed young and fresh, the Mollie is a crowd pleaser with everyone around the table enjoying a glass of this fresh and zesty white wine.
