Spring Gully Riesling

Eldredge Riesling was first bottled in 1993 with fruit coming from a vineyard in Watervale until 2000. From 2001 forward, the fruit has come from the Eldredge estate vineyards in Spring Gully. 

The colour is pale straw with light green hues, the bouquet is elegant with floral notes, along with citrus and a hint of lime and mineral.  

On the palate there is an exciting persistence and depth of varietal fruit flavours enhanced by the crisp, dry finish.  

This is a style that can be enjoyed young and fresh however with cellaring it becomes an indelible treasure!  

This wine compliments all styles of cuisine especially spicy food, seafood, white meats and pasta dishes.
